I have not received my order after a few days, despite having sent it by e-mail. What should I do?

With which service provider will my order be shipped?

Technikdepot sends all orders by A Mail with the Swiss Post.


How long does it take to receive my order?

The availability and expected delivery time is noted with each product. All orders of products that are directly available from stock and arrive on working days before 17:00 will be sent the same day by A-Post. As soon as the letter or parcel has been posted, you will receive a notification by e-mail. The order is usually delivered on the next working day, in exceptional cases it can take up to 2 working days.


What shipping methods do I have to choose from and what are the shipping costs?

Technikdepot sends all orders with A-Post or A-Post Plus from Swiss Post. A-Post shipping is free of charge for you. With A-Post Plus, you benefit from the transport insurance of Swiss Post in addition to A-Post shipping, which means that this type of shipping costs you CHF 2.40. With A Mail Plus, you can use a tracking number to find out where the parcel is in the event of a delay.


Which countries does technikdepot deliver to?

Technikdepot currently delivers to Switzerland and Lichtenstein.


Can I collect my order directly from technikdepot?

No, direct collection of the products is not possible.


Are the orders shipped from Switzerland?

Orders at technikdepot are always shipped from Switzerland. This allows us to check the spare parts before dispatch and guarantee you a high quality standard.
