The Goobay lead-free solder with a diameter of 1.0 mm and a weight of 17 g is ideal for soldering work on electronic components. It consists of 0.3 % silver, 0.7 % copper and 96.5 % tin, with a flux content of 2.5 % and a melting point of 217 °C. The silver content improves the electrical conductivity, while the residue-free flux makes it unnecessary to clean the solder joints after soldering. This solder is suitable for repairs to devices such as cables, radios, televisions, smartphones, circuit boards and toys.
